When the Hawks snap the ball Russell Wilson, the quarterback snaps the ball and launches it down the field. Kearse, the Seahawks receiver, jumps up to catch the ball. Then the ball tips off the hands of a New England defender. The ball flies to the ground. Kearse, falling to the ground, hits the ball off his knee. Then it tips off his hand as he grips the ball and brings it into his body. He had just caught a 33 yard reception that would give the Seahawks a chance to win the game.
