If you have work to do, you have to get it over with. Of you keep on procrastinating, the work load gets bigger, and so does your stress level. If you get it over with, your work load gets smaller and your stress level decreases. Just get it over with.
I start to do my homework. I told my self, get it over with, you can do it. As I finish some of my assignments, I start to loose focus. But I need to get it done, have to get it over with.
